Community America Buys Land in Lenexa Business Park

LENEXA, KS-Renner Ridge Corporate Center sells land to credit union, which will use the site to consolidate its headquarters.

Developer Quadrangle Development Co. of Bannockburn, IL isconstructing the first building in Renner Ridge. George ButlerAssociates Inc., an engineering and architectural firm, will be theprimary tenant.

Renner Ridge Corporate Center is located at the southwest corner ofInterstate 435 and the 95th Street interchange. Last month, the LenexaCity Council approved $16.5 million in industrial revenue bonds toassist Community America in the building of its headquarters.
