MINNEAPOLIS- Prudential Real Estate Investors is unloading the space, which sources say Steiner Development will likely purchase.
Most of the buildings are in Brooklyn Center,with some in Golden Valley and Eden Prairie as well.
The sale follows a trend that has seen some of thelargest industrial portfolios in the Twin Cities put on the market.
Prudential is beingrepresented by Wayzata-based FirstCapital.
