MINNEAPOLIS- The 183-unit, 310,000-sf complex is on

The complex has 183 housing units,including one, two and four-bedroom apartments for atotal of 370 bedrooms. The project also has 14,600 sfof retail space and underground parking for 195vehicles.

The developer of the project is a GrandMarcLLC, an affiliate of Dallas-based Phoenix Property,and it was designed by KSNG Architects of Dallas.
