The complex is at the southeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Gisler Avenue. It is currently occupied by Burger King and Denny's restaurants, a Motel 6 and a Chevron gas station. The ground itself is on a long-term lease.
The buyers, private investors Allen Fainberg and Arnold Feverstein, were represented by the Irvine office of Faris Lee Investments. The same office also represented the seller, Orange County real estate giant C.J. Segerstrom.
