In the 50,000-sf Two Kingwood Place, Agru-America Inc. is taking an extra 1,280 sf in an expansion and renewal contract. In the 53,903-sf Three Kingwood Place, the Coucours Group is renewing a lease and adding 9,669 sf for an expansion. And in the Four Kingwood Place, a 2,798-sf new lease was signed by Tenzer Corp. coupled with a 1,037-sf expansion and renewal pact with the Texas Retirement Plan.
