The seven-year lease gives Plycon 53,060 sf of office and warehouse space at 4240 W. 190th St. in Torrance. The building, formerly occupied by Standard Paints, is roughly twice the size of Plycon's longtime Inglewood facility.
The Klabin Co.'s Los Angeles office represented Plycon in the lease negotiations. Klabin's Torrance office represented the building's owner, a private partnership known as ZA Torrance Associates LLC.
