The building, to be located on the north side of Jackson Streetjust across from Union Station, will be constructed on propertythat Selig acquired in May after another developer was unable tosecure financing for a similar project. Though the building isn'tslated for completion until early spring of 2002, Selig says 50,000sf has already been leased.
The new high rise will join several recent developments in theUnion Station area, including Microsoft Co-Founder Paul Allen's11-story office building at 505 Union Station, which was dedicatedlast week.
