Web-hosting Firm Signs $4.1-Mil Lease for Space in LA Jolla

LA JOLLA--Another Internet company takes space in the hot University City office submarket.

Navisite Inc., of Andover, Mass., is taking space on the seventh floor of the La Jolla Executive Tower, at 4225 Executive Square, in the University Town Center area.

David Crabb of the San Diego office of Trammell Crow Co. represented Navisite, while Lynn LaChapelle of Burnham Real Estate Co. represented the landlord.
