Their five-year-old, 7,400-sf, eight-bedroom Darst Victorian Manor Bed and Breakfast property is up for sale for $1.6 million or $216.21 per sf.

Nightly room rates are $125 to $220. The potential annual rent roll, at full capacity daily, is estimated at $63,145. The three-story, 8 ½-bath, two-acre asset at 495 Old Highway 441 overlooks Lake Dora, 25 miles west of Downtown Orlando.

The owners say they are selling because the 24-hour-a-day, on-call business has tired them. The deal stipulates the new owner must live in private quarters on the premises, based on city regulations. The property is five minutes from Downtown Mount Dora.

ERA Keith Shamrock Realty officials expect a quick sale. The property is being shown on realty.com, era.com and will be advertised in Daltons Weekly, a British publication highlighting commercial properties.
