Leading the activity at I-290 was USCO Logistics, which leased87,000 sf at 450 Whitney St. to support its work in the field oflogistic solutions. Fons, a provider of fiber optic components,leased 81,000 sf of manufacturing and office space at 30 ForbesRoad. The single-story facility will serve as Fons' U.S.manufacturing operations. The company was represented by ChrisDeveaux of Parsons Commercial Group.
Other significant leases included RMP of New England (74,000 sfat 444 Whitney St.); Future Electronics (58,000 sf at 20 ForbesRoad); and Pennzoil/Quaker State (22,000 sf at 10 Forbes Road).Spaulding & Slye Senior Vice President William Bailey and VicePresident Philip DeSimone represented STRS in all thetransactions.
