Details of the purchase were unavailable except that the purchaser has assumed the existing loan on the 42,328-sf retail center, according to Faris Lee Investments in Irvine, which represented both parties in the transaction.
Built in 1990 by the Mission Viejo Co., the property has been 100% occupied for a long time by such anchor tenants as Sav-On Drugs, the Warehouse and Diedrich's Coffee.
