The 1.2 million s.f. facility was bought by Ashley Capital's Romulus Officein 1998. Roush made the lease deal in the last six months, and is currentlyturning the tech center into the Roush Industries Tech Center.

Ashley Capital is known for building only bulk warehouse facilities. "Wewere pleasantly surprised to hear about the Roush deal to keep it a techcenter," says Jeff Bryant, Livonia's economic development manager.
