The one-year lease calls for per sf rates in the $30-range, Diann Cowling, a broker with Quick & Co., tells GlobeStcom. The new business will be occupying space vacated by Tivoli Systems Inc. Mayur Mehta, Seagull's president, is starting the business with a core staff of 15, but plans to beef up the workforce to 40 by year's end, according to Cowling.
Great Hills Corporate Center I, located at 9020 Capital of Texas Highway, is owned by Landmark Associates of Dallas.
