Industrial space in the area is in demand. The building became available when the former owner-tenant, Global Equipment Inc., moved to its new 300,000-sf build-to-suit facility, also within the northeast quadrant.
CMD plans to use about half the building immediately and is looking for a tenant to occupy the remainder. Rental rates in the area range between $3.50 per sf and $5.50 per sf.
