Easyriders Turns Over Food Business to Orange County Restaurant Owner for $11.5 Mil

LOS ANGELES-Agoura Hills-based Easyriders Inc. has sold El Paso Bar-B-Que Co. to a newly formed subsidary of Culinary Holdings Inc. The deal includes six restaurants.

The company, which does business under the name El Paso Bar-B-Que Co., owns and operates a small chain of six restaurants located in Oklahoma and Arizona. William Prather, CEO of Culinary Holdings, has resigned his post to devote full attention to the newly acquired operation.

Culinary Holdings is a restaurant development and management firm that owns and operates five restaurants in Orange County.
