Matera Paper Opening First Houston Site, Leases 28,553 SF

HOUSTON-A San Antonio-based nationwide paper distributor is launching its first Houston operation, leasing 28,553 sf of office/warehouse space.

Southwest Realty Advisors represented Matera Paper in the transaction while Insite Realty Partners in Houston acted on the behalf of the owner, Billingsley Co.

Southwest Realty, established in January, focuses on brokerage and development services for warehouse and service center tenants and specializes in industrial build-to-suits for sale or lease.
