Morgan Group Names Hannan as Senior VP of Property Management

HOUSTON-The Morgan Group Inc. has named David Hannan as senior vice president of its property management group. His duties include overseeing a nationwide building program for luxury developments.

Prior to joining MGI, Hannan served as vice president of the Houston Regional Operating Center of AIMCO, the nation's largest REIT. His duties involved guiding performance at the region's 14,000 units. Also, he previously held a similar position with the 200,000-unit Insignia Management Group, which merged six years ago with AIMCO.

MGI, the nation's 13th largest apartment developer, has offices in Houston, San Diego, Atlanta, Denver and Orange County, CA.
