The San Jose, CA-based maker of computer networking products is leasing two additional floors at the City Center Bellevue office building. Instead of one 17,000-sf floor, the company will now have three floors and 52,764 sf. Jeff Watson and Jim Kinerk with Bellevue-based Broderick Group represented Cisco in the lease negotiations.
Cisco is taking space being vacated by XO (NextLink) Communications and Advanced Radio Telecom Corp. The space will be ready for Cisco next year, when Advanced Radio moves into the Civica Office Commons building under construction in Downtown Bellevue. XO Communications last year moved its headquarters to McLean, VA.
