Formerly known as the Ranger Complex, the property was developed in the early 1980s by Henry West and David Shaheen of Ranger Associates. Major tenants at the facility, which sits on 17 acres and is currently 97% leased, include 3COM and Marketware International, a subsidiary of TD Waterhouse. The buildings' lobby areas were extensively renovated in the first quarter of last year.
