Totex Manufacturing Inc. bought the complex for $3.1 million. The building stands on a two-acre parcel at 2927 Lomita Blvd., not far from the company's current headquarters.
Totex plans to move into the new project next month. It was represented in the transaction by the South Bay office of Klabin Co. Cushman & Wakefield's local office represented the seller, Industrial Dynamics.
