He assumes the role immediately, overseeing TCC's investment sales platform and a rapidly expanding team of investment sales professionals, now totaling 60 who are situated in every major US market. To date this year, TCC's volume of sales transactions and listings is nearing $5 billion, encompassing local and regional shopping centers, malls, medical facilities, office buildings, industrial structures and undeveloped land.
Since 1990, Duffy has worked as a real estate executive for Principal Capital Management in Des Moines. He most recently served as managing director of acquisitions and dispositions for the firm.
