House of Blues Entertainment said Thursday that it plans to open both a nightclub and amphitheater in San Jose, but did yet not reveal a specific location. The firm also owns and operates 24 other venues throughout the country.
House of Blues, which is partly owned by actor Dan Ackroyd, also said on Thursday that it would open venues in Denver, Dallas and Kansas City, and amphitheaters in Austin and Salt Lake City.
