The office market surrounding the airport has been getting stronger over the past several months, brokers say, as more tenants seek less-expensive alternatives to leasing in more glamorous Westside areas. PM Realty Group represented the building's owner, GE Capital/Jupiter Realty. The Los Angeles office of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the tenant.
