Azusa-based Gale Banks Engineering bought the parcel at 16102 Gladstone St. and will start construction next year. The new facility will include a hospitality center for customers, as well as sales, installation and engineering operations.
Grubb & Ellis' San Gabriel Valley office represented the buyer. BIR Business Brokers represented the seller, Irwindale-based Orban Lumber Corp.
