Starbucks will operate in a 1,500-sf space near Columbia Street, according to the onsite property manager of the recently completed 137-unit project. Trammell Crow Commercial's Portland office represented Al Angelo in the lease deal.
The coffee company also is planning a store in Angelo's Four Seasons mixed-use project, south of Burton Road near 112th Avenue. Starbucks operates four stores in Clark County.
