In the past, Persson has represented such organizations as the Teachers Retirement Union of Illinois, the IBM Pension Plan, Prudential, JFR Global Investments and Invesco Realty Life. In the last three years, he has been involved in investment sales transaction totaling some $75 million. Since 1994, he has completed more than 700,000 sf of leasing assignments value at more than $75 million.
GVA Williams-NJ was known as Associated Realty until the company was acquired earlier this year by the New York City-based GVA Williams.
