Holiday RV Superstores Buying Four-Store Dealership in Panhandle

ORLANDO-The motor home company is acquiring Emerald Coast RV Center Inc. in Gulf Breeze, FL for an undisclosed sum. The acquistion gives the local firm 18 dealerships comprising about 360,000 sf of retail space in eight states. The firm operates under the Recreation USA brand.

The acquisition gives the local firm 18 dealerships comprising about 360,000 sf of retail space in eight states. The firm operates under the Recreation USA brand.

Holiday RV has completed its headquarters relocation to Fort Lauderdale, FL, but the firm's e-commerce division and a support center will continue to be based in Orlando. The company's stock is trading around $4.13 per share on the Nasdaq.
