The Connecticut-based retail development and building firm completed 2.4 million sf of commercial construction nationally valued at $250 million last year.
Current South Florida projects include a $3.4 million fire station in Sunrise and 110,000 sf of strip centers in Davie and Boynton Beach. Konover recently finished a 120,630-sf BJ's Wholesale Club facility in Hialeah, its fourth BJ's project in the state.
The company entered the market in 1996 and completed $2 million of building last year, according to published reports.
