The project can accommodate tenants with space requirements ranging from 900 sf to approximately 15,000 sf. Bret Gossett, Scott Kincaid, and Melissa Harris of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the owner, Brown Colarusso LeBeau Inc. BrownColarusso also serves as property manager for Scripps Corporate Plaza.
