Wise/Contact US Optical has signed a lease for 25,575 sf at 4 Executive Plaza. The 80,000 square-foot office/flex property, is 100% leased. The firm had leased space at One Executive Blvd., a 120,000 sf flex building in the park.
The South Westchester Executive Park is a 12 building complex on 140 acres adjacent to the Saw Mill River Parkway that totals approximately 800,000 sf of office/flex space.
