HOUSTON-Vantage Cos. lands a property management pact for the 72,000-sf Technipark Ten and 48,000-sf Westchase Park, both owned by American Industrial Properties of Irving, TX.

Vantage will oversee Technipark Ten, a two-building, 72,000-sf project in the 16100 block of Park Row and the Westchase Park, a 48,000-sf project in the 3100 block of Rogerdale in the Westchase District. American Industrial Properties is a REIT with 150 properties totaling 7.8 million sf of space.
