The nine-building, 228,381-sf center on 14 acres is the first private property in Vista to have fiber-optic capability. It has experienced a surge of leasing activity since construction was completed earlier this year, according to developers.

Barry Hendler, Mike Erwin and Karen Fuller of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co. represented the owners of the project, REEFF/Judd Partners, in the lease deals. The largest tenant of the project, located in the 1400-block of Poinsettia Avenue, is Mobile Telesys, which will occupy a 12,597-sf building, using the space for office, warehouse and storage.

Other recently signed tenants include: ALPRO Millworking Inc., Molly Maid of Coastal North County, Pacific Titanium, OEM Medical, Pulsion Medical, TD Tile, ANKO Electronics Inc., An der Spitze, The Apollo Project Inc. and Strictly Flooring.

The center offers space from under 2,000 sf to 75,000 sf, catering to companies from light manufacturing or research and development businesses to entrepreneurial start-up firms.
