The complex is 96% occupied and includes such tenants as: AIG, Bank Austria, Cummings & Lockwood, FactSet and Moran Towing. Staubach & Co. represented Partner Reinsurance in the deal. F.E. Boliakis & Co. acted as a consultant in the relocation transaction for PartnerRe US.
