The partnership is with !hey inc., a leading provider of customer engagement solutions. The pact will enable SiteStuff, an e-procurement solution for the commercial real estate industry, to implement a "chat" function for its customers. The real-time technology will enable customers to get immediate answers to questions via text chat with SiteStuff service representatives. Among the features will be simultaneous customer chat sessions, opening appropriate Web pages for potential customers and instant price quotes.
In September, !hey Inc. had merged with icontact.com. !hey Inc. also has offices in Fairfield, CT, Chicago and the states of California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Texas and Washington.
