US Home has secured a 15-year net lease for the 52,100-sf office, situated on 3.09 acres. The purchasing entity, a member of the $2.5 billion W.P. Carey Group, is paying about $7.3 million.
US Home is a subsidiary of Lennar Corp., headquartered in Miami. It builds homes in 13 states under the brands of Lennar Homes, US Home, Greystone Homes, Village Builders, Renaissance Homes, Orrin Thompson Homes, Lundgren Bros. and Winncrest Homes.
