Ad Agency Leases Old Town Building It Bought

ALEXANDRIA, VA-A joint venture has purchased the 24,000-sf building at 815 Slaters Lane in Alexandria, and one of the owner's members has leased the building with plans to make it headquarters. National Media, an advertising agency plans to occupy the building in March 2001.

The new owner, Slaters Lane Joint Venture, is now renovating the building. National Media plans to use the building as its headquarters, moving in by March 2001. Simpson Properties Ltd. represented Slaters Lane Joint Venture. Insignia/ESG Inc. spoke for the seller, the Brownson Partnership.
