The locally-based startup has hired Bill Strader, formerly a vice president of RealFacts, an Apartmentcomps competitor. Strader will be directly responsible for the creation and development of the company's national sales effort.
Apartmentcomps provides rental prices, amenities, pictures and floor plans, tax records and zip code level demographics for 6000 commercial properties in 19 markets. The company plans to expand that coverage to 20,000 properties in 30 markets by years' end.
