Justifying Atco's faith in the project, PricewaterhouseCoopers has just signed along-term lease for 64,000 sf (Steven Frank of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal). Best Foods itself has taken 106,000 sf for administrative and other uses, leaving about 55,000 sf still available.
As far as the facility itself, ovens and dough-mixing machines have been replaced by fiber-optic telecom, ISDN dedicated digital lines and heavy power. Tenants are also offered a 10% discount on all electrical costs.
