The 15-year-old structure, at 11050 Santa Monica Blvd., contains 26,211 sf of office space and 800 sf of retail, as well as subterranean and ground-floor parking. The buyer, Ohio-based Franklin Publications Inc., plans to occupy the entire 8,700-sf fourth floor of the building, says David Thind, of WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Co.

Thind represented seller CBA Financial Inc. The local office of Beitler Commercial Realty Services represented the buyer.
