Hedge Fund Signs Lease in Greenwich

GREENWICH, CT-Convergence Asset Management, LLC, a privately held hedge fund, has signed a lease deal for its corporate headquarters at 411 West Putnam Ave.

The four-story property totals 100,000 and is owned by SOFI IV, which is controlled by Starwood Asset Management, LLC, the real estate arm of Starwood Corp. McCarthy O'Callaghan Co. represented Convergence in the deal. Starwood Asset Management represented the building ownership.
