The estimated hard construction cost of the venture is $18 million. The hotel will have 5,000 sf of meeting space. The corporate nightly room rate in the metro Hilton Garden Inns is about $149.
Nobles' other area projects are the Comfort Inn, Hawthorne Suites, Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites.
