National Instruments Opening R&D Center in Bangalore, India

AUSTIN-National Instruments, based in the state capital, is joining a growing list of companies, which are opening offices overseas. The Austin-based firm is opening a research and development center in Bangalore, India.

National Instruments has selected Bangalore, India, for a new research and development center. The center complements three other centers in the US, China and Germany. The Bangalore center will develop products and technologies for the global market, leveraging India's pool of engineering professionals. The center is situated in the core of India's high-tech market.
