ORANGEBURG, NY-A two-building, 378,000-sf warehouse/distributionfacility on Glenshaw Street here was the focus of a flurry of salesand leasing activity. Lord Baltimore Capital Group of Baltimore, MDsold One and Two Glenshaw St. to Rockland Realty Holding Corp. Nofinancial details were released.

Aluf Plastics, a controlling partner of Rockland Realty, willoccupy approximately 139,000 sf of space at One Glenshaw St. NicePak Packaging Co. has leased the remaining 61,000 sf, according toJames B. Tully, first vice president of CB Richard Ellis, whorepresented Lord Baltimore. Rockland Realty then sold the178,000-sf Two Glenshaw St. building to Dynorex Corp. No financialdetails of that deal were released either.

“It was a great opportunity for both parties, Tully says. “LordBaltimore achieved its goal of selling the entire complex, whileRockland Holding was able to achieve its goal of ownership whileoffsetting its acquisition costs with the subsequent sale andleasing of the separate components of the property.”
