First mortgage financing was arranged by the Goldman organization with Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, for whom MRG serves as loan correspondent. Donald Zucker Co., the cooperating broker, represented Alard Realty in the transaction.

MRG, which has New York-New Jersey servicing portfolio in the range of $550 million, has its home offices in Great Neck, NY. The company operates as one of the few privately-held banking firms in the metro area, and focuses its efforts on the New Jersey and Long Island markets.
