Ariel of France Buys 45,000-SF Office-Warehouse Structure

HOUSTON-Ariel of France is relocating into a 45,000-sf office/warehouse structure that it has bought from Work Flow Management in the Northwest Industrial Park. It plans to hang a for sale sign on the Brookhollow West building.

The property is situated at 4949 Blalock. Boyd Page/ChainLinks represented the seller and Brown, Butera and MacDougall acted on behalf of the buyer, which is relocating from Brookhollow West. Conrad Bernard, who helped broker the deal for Boyd Page/ChainLinks, says Ariel of France is selling its smaller office/distribution site.

OEI Business Forms, a subsidiary of Work Flow Management, had used the site for office and warehousing of its products. It will maintain a Houston office, according to Bernard.
