Shanley is a senior management team member of the 75-person Portland office, and has been manager of its Asset Services Group since 1998. Usher, who has run the local office for 20 years, is transitioning back into brokerage.
Prior to C&W, Shanley owned and managed Northwest Real Property Services Inc. Prior to that, he was director of business development for Howard S. Wright Construction. Shanley also served as marketing and leasing manager for Hillman Properties.
As far as affiliations go, Shanley is a member of the Portland Association of Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), is board president of the Portland Children's Museum, and on the board of the Portland Oregon Sports Authority.
