LA Group Pays $11.6 Mil for Fontana Apartment Complex

LOS ANGELES-The 280-unit Maple Hill Apartments in Fontana, acquired by a private partnership based here, is fully leased.

The rental complex, known as Maple Hill Apartments, is fully leased and stands at 18215 Foothill Blvd. in Fontana. It was acquired by Annmar Springs Unlimited Partnership, which was represented in the transaction by the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis.

The seller, a San Diego-based private partnership known as Maple Hill Fontana Associates, was also represented by Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office.
