Tech Company Signs $5.6-Mil Lease for Space in Santa Monica

LOS ANGELES-Multilink Technology Corp. more than triples its space with a lease for 19,924 sf in Santa Monica.

Multilink Technology Corp. has finalized a deal for an additional 19,924 sf of space, beginning in December, at the Santa Monica Business Park, 2850 Ocean Park Blvd. The company already occupies 9,677 sf in the building.

The LA office of WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Co. represented the tenant. Gail Goldstein and Craig Schwartz represented owner Spieker Property LP, the big office REIT based in Menlo Park.
