According to reports, local brokers are estimating that the property will sell somewhere in the $20 million to $30 million range. Assistant city manager Steve Rogers was unavailable for comment at press time, but previously told the San Mateo Times the city would like to see a mixed-use development at the site, which is located near Tanforan Mall.
