Presidio View will be built on a 20.5-acre site on Hotel Circle North, near the Handlery Hotel and Resort. Developers will demolish a formermovie theater and tennis facility on the site. Apartments at the site would rent for up to $1,750 per month.
Some conservationists expressed concern at this week's City Council meeting that the project could create flooding in the surrounding area.
